Right now, we’re searching for a Vice President of Client Strategy to help us accelerate our goal of playing on the national stage with purpose-driven clients.
At Common Good, we know we are nothing without superstar-level client service. Within this role, you’ll accelerate our clients by fostering a Client Leadership department that is best in class. This role is a valued advisor and partner to our most senior clients. You’ll identify new work streams and solutions that lead to client growth while mentoring our skilled Client Leadership staff to continuously improve. You’ll identify and champion great creative work, understand the importance of flawless delivery, and keep a very careful eye on the financials all at the same time.

Within this role, you will mindfully aim to hire from more diverse backgrounds. Work Environment:
Compensation
$150-175K annual salary dependent on experience. Benefits include unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, 401k match, Health & Happiness and Work From Home stipends, profit sharing, and more.
